The Town of Apple Valley passport processing services are by APPOINTMENT ONLY on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. The Town of Apple Valley will accept WALK-INS on WEDNESDAYS ONLY from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Call us now to book an appointment.

Adult (age 16 or older)- $130.00 Check or Money Order Only payable to Department of State.
- $35.00 Cash, Credit Card, Check, or Money Order payable to the Town of Apple Valley.

Child (age 15 and under)- $100.00 Check or Money Order Only payable to the Department of State.

Requirements
Make sure to bring ALL required documentation. No applications will be processed without all the required paperwork completed and ready at your scheduled appointment time.

How long does it take to get a passport?
Routine service can take up to 6 weeks.
Two-Parent Consent
Children under the age of 16, must appear with both parents or one parent & the notarized consent of the non-applying parent along with proof of relationship, i.e. a birth certificate listing the parents’ names. For ages 16-17, only one parent need appear.
Expedite Service
Expedite Fee: $60.00 per application – Expedited service can take up to 3 weeks
Express Mail Fee: $21.36 per application – Returns passport overnight upon completion and provides tracking mechanism.
Emergency Service
What if I have an emergency and need a passport right now?
No problem. Emergencies may be handled through the Los Angeles Office. Call (877) 487-2778 for an appointment.
