• 10 hours of rental time – Rental time must include decorating, event, and clean-up time. Additional hours can be purchased at $58.00 per hour.
• Tables and chairs to renter specification
• On-site kitchenette with fridge, sink, and microwave
• Rental insurance (pricing based on 100 guests with alcohol)

Security guards are a requirement. They aren’t included in the rental.

Not Included: Linens, chair covers, and table decorations.

Additional hours are $58 per hour.
