Package Includes:

• Full conference center
• 10 hours of rental time – Rental time must include
  decorating, event, and clean-up time. Additional hours can be purchased at $190.00 per hour.
• Audio/visual system includes projectors and microphones
• On-site kitchen with fridge, freezer, ice maker, serving carts, and coffee makers
• Rental insurance (pricing based on 200 guests with alcohol)
• 15×15 dance floor

Security guards are a requirement. They aren’t included in the rental.

Not Included: Linens, chair covers, and table decorations.

Additional hours are $190 per hour.
