The James A. Woody Community Center has multiple rooms like: The Auditorium, Arts & Crafts room (please call for additional details), Michael H. Martin Gymnasium

Package Includes:

• Full Auditorium
• 8 hours on event day
• 2 hours of set up/decoration on the day prior to the event
• Tables and chairs to renter specification
• On-site kitchen with microwave, oven, stove, fridge, and freezer
• Rental insurance (pricing based on 200 guests with alcohol)

Swamp cooler use ONLY.

Security guards are a requirement. They aren’t included in the rental.

Not Included: Linens, chair covers, and table decorations.

Additional hours are $64 per hour.
