If you wish to be heard on any item on the agenda during the Commission’s consideration of that item, or earlier if determined by the Commission, please so indicate by filling out a "REQUEST TO SPEAK" form at the Commission meeting. 2. Conditional Use Permit No. 2011-002. The applicant requests approval to allow the construction and operation of a sub-regional wastewater reclamation facility adjacent to the existing Otoe Road lift station.
Applicant: Victor Valley Wastewater Reclamation Authority
Location: The site is located within the southwest corner of Brewster Sports Center on the north side of Otoe Road; APNs 0440-012-59 and
-60.

3. Street Vacation of Longfellow Avenue. A request to consider a General Plan Conformity Finding, pursuant to Government Code Section 65402(a), for the street vacation of Longfellow Avenue, between Lafayette Street and Alstair Street.

Location: Longfellow Avenue, between Lafayette Street and Alstair Street

Recommendation: Find and recommend to the Town Council that the requested street vacation of Longfellow Avenue is consistent with the goals and policies of the Town’s General Plan.
4. Development Code Interpretation 2011-011. Interpretation whether ATM island canopies are similar to service station canopies for setback requirements.
