If you wish to be heard on any item on the agenda during the Commission’s consideration of that item, or earlier if determined by the Commission, please so indicate by filling out a "REQUEST TO SPEAK" form at the Commission meeting. Place the request in the Speaker Request Box on the table near the Secretary, or hand it to the Secretary at the Commission meeting. (G.C. 54954.3 {a}).

The Regular meeting, open to the public, will begin at 6:00 p.m. The Planning Commission meeting will be held at the Town Council Chambers located at 14955 Dale Evans Parkway in Apple Valley, California.

PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS
2. Conditional Use Permit No. 2011-002 (Continued from the April 6, 2011). The applicant requests approval to allow the construction and operation of a sub-regional wastewater reclamation facility adjacent to the existing Otoe Road lift station.
Applicant: Victor Valley Wastewater Reclamation Authority
Location: The site is located within the southwest corner of Brewster Sports Center on the north side of Otoe Road; APNs 0440-012-59 and
-60.

Recommendation: Denial, pursuant to Planning Commission direction
3. Conditional Use Permit No. 2011-003. A request to approve a Conditional Use Permit to develop a single-story, 6,240 square foot church building in an existing multiple-family residential neighborhood. The property is within the Multi-Family Residential (R-M) Zoning District.

Location: The project site is located at the southeast corner of Navajo Road and Sioux Road; APN 3087-531-01
