The Town of Apple Valley and LGI Homes held a ribbon-cutting this morning. They were celebrating the opening of Ocotilla Ranch. The event took place at the new model home and sales office near Central Road and Standing Rock Avenue. When finished, the neighborhood will have 128 new single-family homes. These homes will mix modern style with the town’s country feel.
Ocotilla Ranch has big lots, from 18,000 to 29,000 square feet. This gives people lots of space and a peaceful desert feel. The neighborhood celebrates Apple Valley’s western style and love for the outdoors. It will have a horse path and a walking trail. These features help people enjoy nature right outside their homes.
“These homes are coming at a good time,” said Mayor Scott Nassif. “Lots of new jobs are popping up in North Apple Valley. More people want to live close to work. Ocotilla Ranch helps with that. It also supports our goal to make Apple Valley a great place to live, work, and have fun.”
L.G.I. Homes is happy to be part of Apple Valley. “We’re excited to bring our quality homes here,” they said. Ocotilla Ranch gives buyers a chance to enjoy nice features and open floor plans. People can live in the country without losing modern comforts. We’re ready to help families make this place their home.”
Ocotilla Ranch will have five different home designs. Each one comes with fancy upgrades at no extra cost. While building continues, the model home and sales office are open now. People can stop by and take a tour.
