Thanks to our generous Sponsors and Donors, we are Providing a "Better Way of Life" for the Animals in our Community.  Funds raised throughout the year by the Department during events such as the FURBALL, Paws-n-Claws Pet Fair, and Cruisin' Fur Critters Poker Run are used to offset increased expenditures for spaying/neutering adopted animals, help reduce euthanasia, and provide incentives to increase animals being returned to their owners. 

Sponsorships and donations to the Animal Services Department help save lives, whether it's $35 to spay or neuter a cat, $500 toward a life saving surgery or $1,000 that will give dozens of animals the time they need to find a home. 

Monetary gifts can be designated by sponsors for a specific animal, a certain breed, medical procedures, spays and neuters or however they see fit. Donations to our programs are through the Apple Valley Community Resource Foundation our 501(c)3 Organization - Tax Deductible Donation Based on IRS Rules (AVCRF Tax ID#33-0338303).
