The installation of a modular restroom building at Civic Center Park is now complete.  The Town was able to purchase a  large prefabricated restroom building from the Apple Valley Unified School District for only the cost of relocation. The contract for installation was awarded to MC Alyea Construction, Inc. who connected the restroom to a stem wall, connected to existing utilities and stuccoed the building to match existing buildings in Civic Center Park. Minor cosmetic work on the interior of the restroom including replacement of the partitions and tiling of the walls and floors were then completed in-house afterwards.

Funded by an Economic Development Initiative (EDI) grant, the restroom will accommodate daily park users along with the large number of residents who attend our signature special events.
